Product License
All products made by PixelGrapes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. However, products must first be purchased in order to use them in projects.
Product Compatibility
Our themes are compatible with WordPress 3.6+ without any other plugins activated and work correctly in all modern browsers. We do not support compatibility issue with Internet Exporer browsers prior to IE9.
Our themes are built to WordPress standards & follow best practices. However, we can not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
Product Customizations
Customers are free to make changes to our products to match their needs. These changes should be made in child themes to avoid losing customizations when updating the theme. We don’t provide support if changes have been made to core theme files.
Product Support
When you purchase a PixelGrapes theme it grants you access to 6 months of product support via our theme support forums. Additional support terms can be purchased.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer unconditional refunds. We will consider refund requests within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis.
A refund will NOT be granted if:
- you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
- the item did not meet your expectations;
- you simply changed your mind;
- you bought an item by mistake;
- you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
- The 14-days refund period after purchase has passed
Product Ownership
Customers may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of PixelGrapes. You may not resell or distribute our products in any form.
Product Delivery
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with product download information.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will PixelGrapes, or its suppliers or licensors be liable (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
- to the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
- for any indirect, special or consequential loss;
- or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
These limitations of liability apply even if PixelGrapes has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our themes will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
Revisions
PixelGrapes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement.
