What is included with my theme purchase?
Every theme purchase includes the theme zip installation file. It will also include any premium plugins required for the theme. Plus you will get full demo content & theme documentation along with access to our theme support forum.
Does my purchase include installation?
The purchase does not include installation, however it includes step by step, detailed, straight forward documentation on theme installation. And of course demo content is included to get you started.
Can I get my new theme customized?
Although we do not provide customization services, our themes are very flexible and user friendly. We also have a very active theme support forum. If you do decide you want to use a theme customization service, we can recommend some.
Where can I get theme support?
We encourage you to make use of the post-sales theme support forums. You can get help, let us know about any bugs and make feature requests.
Do your themes work with wordpress.com?
Unfortunately, our themes do not work with WordPress.com. You need a self-hosted WordPress installation, please refer here for installation instructions.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer unconditional refunds. We will consider refund requests within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. Please view our refund policy.
Can I suggest a new theme concept?
Of course. New cool ideas are most certainly welcome. We can’t guarantee we will build all suggested themes but if there are multiple suggestions for a concept or you send us a truly unique idea – we WILL build it!
